Welcome to the Omni-Buzz, Inc. Photo Mosaic Service. By texting a photo to 855-529-6567, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Description

   This service allows event attendees to text photos to a designated toll-free number to be printed and included in a physical or digital live mosaic wall at the event.

2. User Consent and Opt-In

   By sending a text or photo message to 855-529-6567, you are explicitly opting in to receive a one-time automated text confirmation (if configured) or direct communication regarding your photo submission. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

3. Opt-Out and Support

   • To stop receiving messages or cancel your interaction, text **STOP** to 855-529-6567 at any time.
   • For help or assistance, text **HELP** to 855-529-6567 or email angel@omni-buzz.com.

4. Content Guidelines and License

   By submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that:

   • You own the rights to the photo or have explicit permission from the owner to submit it.
   • The photo does not contain inappropriate, obscene, defamatory, illegal, or offensive material.
   • You grant Omni-Buzz, Inc. a royalty-free, temporary license to display, print, and incorporate the photo into the event's mosaic wall.

5. Limitation of Liability

   We are not responsible for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered text messages resulting from carrier issues, poor cellular reception at the event venue, or technical limitations of your mobile device.

6. Changes to Terms

   We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page.
