Omni-Buzz, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information and photos you send to our SMS/MMS photo-printing service at 855-529-6567.

1. Information We Collect

   When you interact with our photo-printing mosaic wall, we collect:

   • The mobile phone number from which the message was sent.
   • The photo(s) and any accompanying text messages you submit.

2. How We Use Your Information and Photos

   We use your submitted information exclusively to:

   • Receive and process your photo for inclusion in our event's live Mosaic Wall.
   • Print your photo via our connected on-site printer.
   • We do not use your phone number for marketing, nor do we add you to any automated subscription lists. Your interaction is strictly transactional.

3. Sharing of Information

   • No Mobile Information Sharing: Mobile information and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
   • Service Providers: Your text messages and photos flow through our text messaging provider (Twilio) strictly to facilitate delivery to our local event PC.

4. Data Retention

   Photos and phone numbers are collected temporarily for the duration of the event to build the mosaic wall. Following the conclusion of the event, user data and phone logs are cleared from our local software systems in accordance with our data management policies.
